All fine, but expensive breakfast

Exceptional Stay With Amazing Staff!

Despite initial hiccups with the reservation, the staff's prompt response made our stay pleasant. The cozy king room was perfect for us, and we loved dining at the onsite restaurant. A great tip, try the breakfast, it's worth it!

I had a great time during my stay. The staff was helpful, and the location was convenient for dining options. I managed to enjoy some dinner at the on-site restaurant, which was decent. At the end of a busy day, I appreciated the opportunity to work out at the fitness center to unwind. It felt good to keep up with my routine while traveling as a single traveler.

The room felt cramped. The bathroom needed some updating. There was no safe in the room.

The breakfast staff provided exceptional service during the week, while the chef showed remarkable resilience when unexpectedly left to manage the Saturday breakfast solo. Room cleanliness and maintenance were top-notch, contributing to a pleasant stay. However, only one elevator was operational, creating inconvenience, especially with no stair access from the first floor. This was compounded by the uncomfortable wait on busy days, making luggage handling challenging.

We enjoyed our stay, especially the cozy king room and the chance to relax by the indoor swimming pool after a long day. It was a real treat to unwind and even catch up on some work using the free Wi-Fi while enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. One small hiccup was the air conditioning acting up, but overall, it didn't ruin our experience at all! 😊

Waking up to the splendid mountain views was breathtaking! The staff's friendly demeanor elevated our experience, making us feel truly welcomed throughout our stay.

Unfortunately, our room’s amenities were not up to par. The air conditioning was quite loud, disrupting our peaceful nights. It was disappointing compared to other Hilton experiences.

Staying here was a pleasant experience overall, with clean and comfortable accommodations. Staff were friendly and made us feel like family. The parking fee seemed excessive for an open lot, and the room could benefit from updates, but the convenience of the location made it worthwhile.
